1995: A.P. Construction completed renovation of the City of Stamford's Newfield & Roxbury elementary schools. This was A.P.'s first public schoolwork.

1995: A.P. Construction renovated Hyperion Software's Stamford, CT-based worldwide headquarters.

1996: New Canaan's three public elementary schools were completed. This was the largest job for A.P. Construction to-date.

1997: Corporate structure change. Andy Ashforth became CEO of A.P. Construction.

2000: Greenwich High School completed. This was the first joint venture with O&G Industries and led to three more joint ventures totaling $200 million.

2005: Norwalk Police Department renovation completed. The well-drawn plans and highly visible building helped make the project a success.

2006: The new Nokia headquarters project was completed and valued at $32 million.
