Rolling Hills Country Club
Wilton, CT – 44,000 sf
Architect: James G. Rogers Architects

Renovation of the interior and exterior of the main clubhouse including a new roof line, enclosure of the main entrance and creation of a porte cochere and extensive site work. The new grill room expanded the western façade of the clubhouse and added a dining terrace. Locker rooms and the pro shop/golf bag storage were completely remodeled.


Ferguson Library
Stamford, CT – 88,000 sf
Architect: Newman Architects, LLC

The work comprised of major interior renovations to five floors of an operational, downtown library built in the early 19th century. The library remained open during the renovation requiring the work to be broken into 5 major phases and several sub-phases to accommodate the library’s operations and minimize interruption of services.


Generations Family Health Center
Willimantic, CT – 35,000 sf
Architect: Jacunski Humes Architects LLC

The project entails the construction of a new 35,000 SF medical office building. Plans call for the complete interior fit-out of the first floor and partial fit-out of the second floor. The HVAC system will be a geothermal system with heat pumps. Site work includes construction of a storm water detention system, geothermal wells and paved areas for parking.

 


Hamden Town Hall and Police Headquarters
Hamden, CT – 87,000 sf
Architect: Bianco Giolitto Weston Architects

The project includes a 50,000 SF renovation of the existing Memorial Town Hall and the construction of a new three-story, 37,000 SF state-of-the-art police station. Listed on the national register of historic buildings, the structure also houses an existing fire station. The project is expected to be completed in the summer of 2011 and is targeted to be a LEED Silver certified building.



Canterbury School – Steele Hall
New Milford, CT – 42,000 sf
Architect: Butler Rogers Baskett

Expansion and renovation of Steele Hall, which houses the library, cafeteria and administrative offices. The building was expanded on three sides and remained open during construction. Cafeteria work included a 4,400 SF glass expansion on two sides of the building, renovation of the seating area and improvements to the kitchen and servery.



Round Hill Community Church
Greenwich, CT – 3,800 sf
Architect: James G. Rogers and Associates

Complete renovation of exterior and interior of 1926 church meeting house. Exterior work included a parking lot expansion, new entrance stairs and doors, roofing, gutters, siding and trim. Lead paint abatement was performed and windows were replaced with energy-efficient low-e glass units. All work was completed in 32 working days.
