Stamford Hospital
Stamford, CT – 50,000 sf
Architect: Gallin Design Studio

Multi-phased project on several floors to include administrative, IT, training, and medical areas. Some of the specialty uses include a diagnostic X-ray center and wound care center. Educational areas are for nurse, IT, and radiology training as well as conference facilities. Project to be built on expedited delivery schedule.


1600 Summer Street
Stamford, CT – 10,000 sf
Architect: Perkins Eastman Architects

New entrance and canopy, lobby, cafeteria, conference center and preparation of space for leasing activities.


Wallingford Library
Wallingford, CT – 65,000 sf
Architect: Tuthill & Wells Architects

Project consisted of a 31,000 square foot addition and 34,000 square foot renovation which involved multiple phasing to allow the library to remain open. Work also included exterior improvements.

Greenwich, CT – 10,000 sf
Architect: Roger Ferris + Partners Architects

Interior renovations to master suite and living spaces. New library and advanced home theater addition consisting of high-end architectural metal work, millwork, custom stone products and state-of-the-art Lutron/Crestron home automation systems.



Ralph Lauren
Greenwich, CT – 19,000 sf
Architect: Halper Ownes Architects LLC

Demolition of existing single story retail building. Construction of a new 2-story high end retail store consisting of a limestone façade, hand-forged wrought iron ornamental metal work, custom stone and wood flooring, custom wood and steel storefront and custom millwork.



Sempra Energy Trading
Stamford, CT – 21,000 sf
Architect: Roger Ferris + Partners Architects

New second floor addition over existing occupied single story building. Complete redundant HVAC and electrical systems. Multi-phased in order to keep occupied building operational. 110 position trading floor and new escalator. Exterior of building constructed with new-to-the-US rain screen panel system, ribbon windows and Rheinzink metal cladding.
